About Me

I will try to keep this as short as I can while still giving you a good snap shot of who I am :)

I discovered Internal Family Systems (IFS) in a consultation in 2021, which gave me that "aha" feeling about therapy––helping me to trust that my intuitive, curious, calm, creative Self that I always wanted to have present in sessions was indeed going to be a huge part of this process. This approach helped me learn the power in slowing down and really feeling with whatever parts were showing up. Parts that are told are not good for us (anxiety, depression, anger, substance use, rejection, etc.,) are actually protecting deeper wounds, so are actually not bad after all. It was so neat to be able to see the ease for clients once they learned how to see these parts with compassion. Validating that they know they are trying to help. I love how IFS is such a deep healing model. I am trained in EMDR and will finally get to begin Level 1 IFS training in September 2026. I have 5 years of IFS experience along with consultation while I waited to get into official training. My soul lights up when my spiritual clients find me so we can add that element to therapy if it aligns with you.

I became a therapist because I didn't feel like I got the support I needed with my emotions and life struggles when I was younger. Generational family dysfunction also sparked my passion to understand more about how to help with creating a more healthy family dynamic. Connecting with others on a deep level has always felt very special and necessary.

I know I won't be for everyone, but for those who do gravitate toward me and my approach, our therapeutic relationship and your emotional/spiritual wellbeing is my top priority!

Being a therapist is one of my passions and purposes for my soul. I absolutely love this path and journey with my clients. â€‹If you want to know more about how therapy might look together, fill out the contact form and I will reach out!

The beginning of 2026 allowed me to discover another divine purpose and amazing gift to my heart––being a mom.I am finding balance between career and being present with my little one so she has the nurture and memories with me that she and I both need.

I love being active and spending time outside––playing tennis, going for bike rides, being by water, enjoying concerts, traveling, spending time with my husband, our dogs, and loved ones. Meditation and hot yoga are some of the ways I ground my nervous system. My husband and I love to renovate homes, adding creativity and character to the spaces. Our fur babies are the best supporters in the world! â€‹
